情報収集モジュール

Tastesoftで配信するアプリでは、広告配信を目的として以下の広告配信事業者がご利用者の情報を自動取得する場合がございます。この情報から個人が特定されることはありません。取得する情報、利用目的、第三者への提供等につきましては、以下の広告配信事業者のアプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーのリンクよりご確認ください。

• AdMob（Google LLC）
• Unity Ads（Unity Technologies）

Firebase の利用（リアルボウリング3D）

Tastesoftで配信するアプリ「リアルボウリング3D」（Real Bowling 3D）では、以下の目的で Google が提供する Firebase のサービスを利用しています。これらのサービスで取得した情報は、Firebase の提供元である Google のサービス上で処理されます。

Google Analytics for Firebase（利用状況の分析）

アプリの利用状況を分析し、改善に役立てるために利用しています。取得する情報の例は次のとおりです。

• アプリの利用状況（起動、遊んだモード、ゲームの結果、画面の表示や操作など）
• 端末の機種、OS の種類と版、言語の設定
• アプリの版
• IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域
• アプリのインストールごとの識別子（アプリのインスタンス ID、Firebase のインストール ID）
• 端末で許可されている場合の広告 ID（Android の広告 ID、iOS の IDFA）。iOS で IDFA を利用できない場合は、代わりにベンダー ID（IDFV）

広告 ID を利用できる場合は、Google が推定した年齢層、性別、興味・関心の区分が分析結果に加わることがあります。氏名やメールアドレスなど、個人を直接特定する情報は送信していません。

Firebase Crashlytics（不具合の検出）

アプリの不具合やクラッシュを見つけて修正するために利用しています。取得する情報の例は次のとおりです。

• クラッシュやエラーが起きたときの状況（どの処理で起きたか、エラーの種類と内容、アプリがバックグラウンドにあったかなど）
• クラッシュの直前にアプリで行われた操作の記録（Google Analytics for Firebase で記録したもの）
• 発生時の端末の状態（機種、CPU の種類、メモリやストレージの容量、OS の種類と版、通信の種類、root 化・脱獄の有無など）
• アプリの版
• 発生日時
• アプリのインストールごとの識別子（Crashlytics のインストール ID、Firebase のインストール ID）と、アプリの利用ごとにランダムに作られるセッション ID

アカウント ID など、ご利用者を識別する ID は Crashlytics に渡していません。また、Crashlytics で取得した情報を広告のトラッキングに使用することはありません。

オンラインランキング（Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore）

オンラインランキングのために、Firebase Authentication の匿名ログインを利用しています。匿名ログインでは、メールアドレスやパスワードは使用しません。入力された名前は、匿名ログインのアカウントの表示名として Firebase Authentication にも保存されます。ログインの際には、不正利用の防止などのために、IP アドレスや、SDK の版・端末のプラットフォームといった接続時の情報が Firebase Authentication に送信されます。

ランキングにスコアを送信すると、次の情報が Google の Cloud Firestore に保存されます。

• スコア
• 日時
• 匿名ログインの ID
• プレイヤーが入力した名前

ランキングの上位に入ったスコアは、名前と匿名ログインの ID とともに、アプリ内でほかのプレイヤーに表示されます。名前には、本名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を入力しないようご注意ください。

CashForecast で扱う情報

Tastesoftで配信するアプリ「CashForecast」（Cash Forecast）では、ご利用者が入力した口座・入出金・定期・集計などの情報を、端末の中だけに保存します。これらの情報を Tastesoft や第三者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

アプリの「データを書き出す」「入出金を CSV で書き出す」で作ったファイルは、ご利用者が共有画面で選んだ保存先（Google ドライブなど）にだけ保存されます。ファイルには入力したすべての情報が含まれるため、取り扱いにご注意ください。

Google Analytics for Firebase（利用状況の分析）

アプリを改善するために、Google が提供する Google Analytics for Firebase を利用しています。アプリから送信するのは、アプリを起動したことと、表示した画面の名前です。入力した金額・名前・口座・タグなどの内容は送信しません。

このほか、Google Analytics for Firebase が自動で取得する次の情報が送信されます。

• 端末の機種、OS の種類と版、言語の設定
• アプリの版
• IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域
• アプリのインストールごとの識別子（アプリのインスタンス ID、Firebase のインストール ID）
• 端末で許可されている場合の広告 ID（Android の広告 ID、iOS の IDFA）。iOS で IDFA を利用できない場合は、代わりにベンダー ID（IDFV）

広告は、上の「情報収集モジュール」に記載の AdMob（Google LLC）で配信しています。

情報の保存期間と削除

オンラインランキングの記録（スコア、日時、匿名ログインの ID、名前）は、オンラインランキングを提供している間、保存します。

オンラインランキングの画面で「ユーザー削除」を行うと、匿名ログインのアカウントと、その表示名として保存した名前が削除されます。この操作では、送信済みのスコアの記録は削除されません。

スコアの記録の削除をご希望の場合は、オンラインランキングの画面に表示される ID を添えて、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。その ID の記録を削除します。ID はログインしている間だけ画面に表示されるため、「ユーザー削除」を行う前に控えておいてください。

Google Analytics for Firebase と Firebase Crashlytics で取得した情報は、氏名やメールアドレスなど、ご利用者を特定する情報と結び付けていません。そのため、どの情報がどのご利用者のものかを Tastesoft では見分けられず、個別の削除には対応していません。これらの情報は、Google の定める保存期間や Google Analytics の設定に従って削除されます。Firebase Crashlytics の情報は、90 日を過ぎると削除が始まります。

広告配信事業者が取得した情報の保存と削除は、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

CashForecast の端末の中の情報は、アプリを削除すると消えます。書き出したファイルは、保存先から削除してください。

同意の撤回と、情報の送信を止める方法

情報の送信を止めたい場合や、同意を取り消したい場合は、次の方法があります。

• アプリを削除すると、それ以降、アプリから情報は送信されません。
• 広告 ID は、端末の設定からリセットや削除ができます。iOS では、アプリにトラッキングを許可するかどうかを端末の設定で変更できます。
• 同意の確認が必要な地域（欧州経済領域など）では、アプリの「オプション」画面にある「プライバシー設定」から、広告に関する同意を変更できます。
• オンラインランキングの画面を開かなければ、匿名ログインやランキングの情報は送信されません。参加した後は、オンラインランキングの画面の「ユーザー削除」で匿名ログインのアカウントを削除できます。

アプリの「オプション」画面の「プライバシー」にある「利用状況と不具合の情報を送る」をオフにすると、Google Analytics for Firebase と Firebase Crashlytics への送信を止められます（バージョン 2.25.0 以降。Firebase Crashlytics は次回の起動から止まります）。オフの間に起きたクラッシュの情報は端末に残り、オンに戻すと送信されます。

情報の安全管理と、提供先による保護

アプリと Firebase との通信は、HTTPS で暗号化されています。

Firebase のサービス（Crashlytics、Authentication、Cloud Firestore）では、Google がデータ処理に関する規約に基づき、Tastesoft の委託を受けて情報を取り扱います。Google Analytics for Firebase と広告配信事業者は、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を取り扱います。

Tastesoft は、本ポリシーと同等以上の水準で情報を保護する事業者にのみ、情報を提供します。

Information Collection Modules

Apps distributed by Tastesoft may have the following advertising providers automatically collect information about users for the purpose of serving ads. This information does not identify individuals. For the information collected, the purposes of use, disclosure to third parties, and other details, please see the privacy policies of the advertising providers linked below.

• AdMob (Google LLC)
• Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)

Use of Firebase (Real Bowling 3D)

Real Bowling 3D, an app distributed by Tastesoft, uses the following Firebase services provided by Google for the purposes described below. Information collected through these services is processed on the services of Google, the provider of Firebase.

Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analysis)

We use it to analyze how the app is used and to improve the app. Examples of the information collected:

• App usage (launches, modes played, game results, screens viewed and interactions, etc.)
• Device model, OS type and version, and language setting
• App version
• Approximate location estimated from the IP address
• Identifiers for each app installation (app instance ID and Firebase installation ID)
• The advertising ID, where permitted on the device (the Android advertising ID, or the IDFA on iOS). On iOS, if the IDFA is not available, the Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) is collected instead.

Where the advertising ID is available, age range, gender, and interest categories estimated by Google may be added to the analysis results. We do not send information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.

Firebase Crashlytics (detecting problems)

We use it to find and fix bugs and crashes in the app. Examples of the information collected:

• The circumstances of a crash or error (where in the app it occurred, the type and content of the error, whether the app was in the background, etc.)
• A record of actions taken in the app just before a crash (recorded by Google Analytics for Firebase)
• The state of the device at the time (model, CPU type, memory and storage capacity, OS type and version, connection type, whether the device is rooted or jailbroken, etc.)
• App version
• Date and time of occurrence
• Identifiers for each app installation (Crashlytics installation ID and Firebase installation ID), and a session ID generated randomly each time the app is used

We do not pass any ID that identifies you, such as an account ID, to Crashlytics. Information collected by Crashlytics is not used for ad tracking.

Online Rankings (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore)

For online rankings, the app uses anonymous sign-in with Firebase Authentication. Anonymous sign-in does not use an email address or password. The name you enter is also stored in Firebase Authentication as the display name of your anonymous account. When you sign in, information about the connection, such as your IP address, the SDK version, and the device platform, is sent to Firebase Authentication for purposes such as preventing abuse.

When you submit a score to the rankings, the following information is stored in Google's Cloud Firestore:

• Score
• Date and time
• Anonymous sign-in ID
• The name entered by the player

Scores that rank near the top are shown to other players in the app, together with the name and anonymous sign-in ID. Please do not enter personal information, such as your real name, email address, or phone number, as your name.

Information Handled by CashForecast

CashForecast (Cash Forecast), an app distributed by Tastesoft, stores the information you enter, such as accounts, income and expenses, recurring entries and summaries, only on your device. This information is never sent to Tastesoft or to any third-party server.

Files you create with “Export data” or “Export transactions as CSV” in the app are saved only to the location you choose in the share sheet (such as Google Drive). These files contain all the information you have entered, so please handle them with care.

Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analysis)

To improve the app, we use Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google. The app sends only the fact that it was opened and the names of the screens displayed. The amounts, names, accounts, tags and other content you enter are never sent.

In addition, the following information collected automatically by Google Analytics for Firebase is sent:

• Device model, OS type and version, and language setting
• App version
• Approximate region estimated from the IP address
• Per-installation identifiers (app instance ID and Firebase installation ID)
• The advertising ID, if permitted on the device (Android advertising ID or iOS IDFA). If the IDFA is not available on iOS, the identifier for vendors (IDFV) is used instead

Ads are delivered by AdMob (Google LLC), listed under “Information Collection Modules” above.

Retention and Deletion

Online ranking records (score, date and time, anonymous sign-in ID, and name) are kept for as long as we provide online rankings.

If you use “Delete User” on the Online Rankings screen, your anonymous account and the name stored as its display name are deleted. This does not delete scores you have already submitted.

To request deletion of your score records, contact us at the address below with the ID shown on the Online Rankings screen, and we will delete the records for that ID. The ID is shown only while you are signed in, so please note it down before using “Delete User”.

Information collected by Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics is not linked to information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. Tastesoft therefore cannot tell which information belongs to which user and cannot delete it individually. This information is deleted in accordance with Google's retention periods and Google Analytics settings. Firebase Crashlytics information begins to be deleted after 90 days.

Retention and deletion of information collected by advertising providers are governed by each provider's privacy policy.

The information CashForecast stores on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Please delete any exported files from where you saved them.

Withdrawing Consent and Stopping Data Collection

If you want to stop information from being sent or to withdraw your consent, you can do the following:

• If you uninstall the app, no further information is sent from it.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iOS, you can change whether the app is allowed to track you in your device settings.
• In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area), you can change your advertising consent from “Privacy Settings” on the app's “Options” screen.
• If you do not open the Online Rankings screen, no anonymous sign-in or ranking information is sent. After joining, you can delete your anonymous account with “Delete User” on the Online Rankings screen.

You can stop sending data to Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics by turning off “Send usage and crash data” under “Privacy” on the app's “Options” screen (version 2.25.0 and later; Firebase Crashlytics stops from the next launch). Information about crashes that occur while the setting is off is kept on your device and is sent when you turn the setting back on.

Security and Protection by Recipients

Communication between the app and Firebase is encrypted using HTTPS.

For Firebase services (Crashlytics, Authentication, and Cloud Firestore), Google handles information on behalf of Tastesoft under its data processing terms. Google Analytics for Firebase and the advertising providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Tastesoft provides information only to providers that protect it at a level equal to or higher than this policy.
